Symposium registration, accommodation and transfer is centrally handled by the Albatros Bled Congress Agency. You need to register as a new user at their central registration website – Click on Event– to obtain your username and password. This will allow you to register for the event as well as to modify your registration details afterwards. During the registration process you can also book accommodation and transfer.

Please follow the instructions given on the registration form. For the best user experience with the registration application, we recommend you use Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome browsers.

You can pay by credit card or by international bank transfer (detailed information is provided in the on-line registration form as well as below). After registration via the Click on Event system, you will receive an automated system confirmation by e-mail. This will be followed shortly by an invoice, sent to your e-mail address as provided at the time of registration. You are kindly asked to settle the charged amount in due time.

Cancellations must be made in writing by September 1, 2015 to the organiser’s address. Cancellations received before this date will enable a 90% refund (10% administrative costs will be charged). For cancellations received after this date a full registration fee will be charged (no refund will be made).
